The Concrete Paving Association of Minnesota is seeking an Executive Assistant to handle and oversee most of the administrative duties of CPAM including including accounting, communications, event planning and website management.

Requirements include an understanding of accounting principles, excellent typing and grammar skills, the ability to multitask, and extensive computer knowledge – Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, QuickBooks, Constant Contact, and WordPress.  Integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential.  Excellent communication / interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills are also necessary. Experience with event planning preferred. The ability to maintain confidentiality is extremely important, as the Executive Assistant handles sensitive information, including payroll and other confidential information for employees and members. This position is highly independent requiring self-motivation with limited supervision. Salary and benefit package commensurate with experience.
